Dr. Michael C. Crutchfield

Optometrist

One of the founders and directors of ClearVision Eye Centers. Dr. Crutchfield was born in Washington D.C. and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, graduating from Clark High School. Dr. Crutchfield received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Colorado State University. His Doctorate of Optometry was conferred at Southern California College of Optometry in 1980. Dr. Crutchfield served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor for SCCO for ten years. He has also served as a speaker for Vistakon Contact Lens Company in their Professional Speaker Bureau.

Dr. Crutchfield was Young Optometrist of the Year in 1988 and Optometrist of the Year in 1995 for the Nevada Optometric Association. Prior to founding ClearVision Eye Center, Dr. Crutchfield was the Director of Optometry for Southwest Vision

Dr. Ronald W. Dutton

Optometrist

Ronald W. Dutton, O.D. was born in Renton, Washington, and grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada. He received his Doctorate of Optometry from Southern California College of Optometry in 1980, and has practiced in Nevada since then. Before joining Dr. Crutchfield in private practice, Dr. Dutton was a clinic director for Southwest Vision Services. While with Southwest, Dr. Dutton was director of the student intern program for Southern California college of Optometry and taught many students clinical skills.

He is a member of the American Optometric Association. He has been active in the Nevada Optometric Society, and worked for expanded scope and optometric practice in Nevada. Dr. Dutton enjoys full scope care, refractive surgery consultation, contact lens care, ocular pathology treatment, and eyeglass prescription design.

Dr. Joseph N. Fermin

Optometrist

Joseph N. Fermin, O.D. was born in the Philippines and raised in Toronto, Canada. He did his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Riverside. He received his Doctorate of Optometry from Southern California College of Optometry. Dr. Fermin completed externships at Veterans Administration in Las Vegas, Santa Barbara and Salt Lake City with an emphasis in ocular disease and the fitting of contact lenses.

Dr. Fermin is proficient in full scope primary care optometry, pediatric optometry, contact lenses, treatment of ocular disease, and surgical co-management.

Dr. Jennifer Burke

Optometrist

Dr. Burke was born in St. Louis, Missouri and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She graduated from Palo Verde High School and attended the University of Nevada, Reno, receiving an Honors degree in Biochemistry. Her Doctorate of Optometry was conferred at the Southern California College of Optometry where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and received multiple awards for her skills and passion for pediatric eye care and vision therapy while serving as her class president. Dr. Burke enjoys full scope primary care including pediatrics, vision therapy, ocular disease, and contact lenses.
